As an intern in the CRM / ARM department, you will support the existing team on ongoing projects. You will receive insight into project management and project controlling and will help with the implementation of direct marketing campaigns as well as viewer and customer loyalty measures for various TV stations (ProSieben Gruppe, RTL, RTL2 amongst others).
Your tasks: - Supporting the existing team
- Execution of everyday tasks
- Reporting on operative projects
- Supporting existing partners and service providers
- Collaboration on all ongoing projects
Requirements: - Completion of basic study period in Business Studies, Social or Media Sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing or financial controlling
- Some experience in direct marketing and/or CRM is desired but not required
- Good MS skills (Excel in particular)
- Analytical and structured intellect
- Keen powers of comprehension
- Goal-oriented, ability to work independently
- Minimum duration of internship: 3-6 months
